The Herbal Contessa Hemp Cookbook

If you are cooking for more than one person and they are not ingesting hemp infused foods, this cookbook will omit the need to create two different meals for every dining experience. The cookbook is easy to understand, has lots of photos and includes my two-mascot pet conures Pia and CeCe, to help guide you step-by-step through the process.

Hemp is a true superfood, filled with omega-fatty acids in the seeds, protein, vitamins and minerals. Although hemp products are derived from the same Cannabis sativa plant as marijuana, the process of creating hemp is quite different, and hemp cooking products are designed to not contain any traces of THC. What this means is that hemp is safe to eat. Hemp CBD has shown to help with ailments such as anxiety, chronic pain, sleep disorders, stomach problems, inflammation, PTSD, diabetes, cancer, epilepsy and arthritis to name just a few.
